Dr. Rakesh Mohanty is Founder of LOVE (Lifeskills Organization on Values and Empathy-Estd. 2024: https://lovebrs.org) and Honorary President of BRS (Bloom Riddhi Siddhi- Estd. 2021: https://bloomriddhisiddhi.com). Dr Mohanty is a visionary leader who has dedicated his life to transforming society, inspiring future generations, and achieving global excellence across multiple domains. His mission is driven by empathy, humility, and integrity, values that are deeply ingrained in every aspect of his personal and professional journey, filled with passion, resilience, and boundless ambition. Born with an innate desire to excel, Dr. Mohanty has lived his life as an extraordinary blend of intellect, empathy, and purpose. Known for his discipline, vision, and ability to inspire others, Dr. Mohanty continues to evolve in ways that align him with his highest values and ultimate purpose. Dr. Mohanty’s commitment to the concept of lifelong learning and personal growth forms the cornerstone of his life. His vision is to design of Novel Productive Models and Building Efficent Systems to Solve Social Problems for Progressive and Holistic Development of the Society.

His mission is to Improve the living standards through development and implementation of an innovative digital knowledge model by remotely providing online mentoring service on lifeskills to 1 Million talented school students by 2030.

His DREAM PROJECT is the development of a Quality Learning Research Teaching (QLRT) Model to nurture Next Generation Talents.

Mrs Suchismita Pattanaik has been serving as the Chief Consultant in the "Lifeskills Organization on Values and Empathy" (LOVE) with a special focus on "Girl Child and Women Empowerment". As a Professor of Practice at MIT Square, Mrs Pattanaik leverages her 10+ years of experience and advanced credentials in VLSI Design and Business Management to teach, mentor, and supervise research projects in the domain of Brain Inspired Computing. She is passionate about learning cutting-edge technological innovations and exploring research challenges in smart VLSI Chip Design for the well-being of the society.

She also contributes as an Advisor to Bloom Riddhi Siddhi(BRS), a digital start-up initiated by her daughter Siddhita Mohanty on her 13th birthday, where She provides guidance and support on VLSI related aspects. Her  mission is to conduct state-of-the-art collaborative work with researchers globally and to strive for excellence as a leading scientist in Neuromorphic VLSI Chip Design. Her  values include accountability, compassion, honesty, integrity, transparency, and resilience.
